Enjoying the mountains and hiking
About: I am interested in conflict economics and the interactions within the international community during times of crises or conflicts. My ideas are developed from questions that occur to me while I read or watch documentaries. To answer these questions, I build a theoretical model then find data or create a dataset to test it.
Work:
Assistant Teaching Professor, Michigan Technological University
Education:
PhD Economics, University of Wyoming
MS Economics, University of Wyoming
BA Economics and Political Science, Aquinas College (Grand Rapids, MI.)
Personal Interests: My husband and I enjoy hiking in the mountains while in Wyoming or going to the lake when visiting Michigan where we are both from. My other hobbies include playing recreational sports through the city including slow-pitch softball and bowling, reading fantasy novels, and playing PC games.
